TES implements the VISICS system by utilizing well-developed and certified VISICS Operators.
All Operators are VISICS Operator Level 1 Certified or higher, ensuring a knowledgeable and high-quality implementation, anywhere in the United States.
By utilizing technology, TES can staff confined space monitoring projects using a ratio of 2-to-12, two operators to twelve confined spaces, versus the traditional 1-1 ratio of one safety watch to one confined space.
Operator one is in the field, roving between the 12 confined spaces and operator two is in the control room, monitoring the camera feeds, answering intercom calls, monitoring gas levels, and the like. These two operators are required to switch roles every two hours to stay sharp and focused.
