Permit Writing– Perform in the field hazard assessment, complete accurate permits, issue and authorize permits. Audit work activities to ensure compliance with permits and identify new hazards.
Incident Response and Investigation – Provide immediate care for the injured, secure the scene, preserve evidence, and conduct root cause investigations to identify deficiencies in the safety and health program and corrective actions needed.
